Frequently asked questions
Governance, attribution, identity, infrastructure, and packaging answers for teams evaluating Influcial.
Governance — price bands, approvals, audit logs
Influcial keeps the copilot governed with price bands, multi-step approvals, RBAC, and immutable audit logs so campaigns execute inside enterprise guardrails. Learn more on Platform and Enterprise & Security.
Finance-grade attribution — what’s included?
The attribution hub reconciles to GA4, Adobe, Shopify, and Stripe using deterministic links, codes, and server-side events with controlled attribution windows and dedupe policies. Teams monitor ROAS, MER, and LTV and can run lift tests as needed. Explore the details on the Platform page.
Identity — SSO/SAML/OIDC and SCIM
Enterprise identity is covered with SSO over SAML or OIDC, plus SCIM for automated provisioning and deprovisioning. Review the controls on the Enterprise & Security page.
Data residency & VPC
The default deployment is multi-tenant with strong isolation; optional add-ons provide single-tenant VPCs and regional data residency. See configuration options on the Enterprise & Security page.
Pilot (6 weeks) & KPIs
Our six-week pilot targets Activation ≥60%, time-to-first-value ≤3 days, time-to-signed ≤48 hours, within-band negotiations ≥80%, and median ROAS ≥1.5×. Review the full program on the Pilot page.
Pricing & packaging
Influcial packages an enterprise platform fee plus usage tiers with optional performance fee alignment and add-ons for VPC or residency requirements. Visit the Pricing page for structure details.
